Currently the By-Laws are in English, but there are plans to have them translated into French and Spanish within the next few months.
Authority for all policy and other major decisions is vested in member associations meeting in Assembly, convened every year.
The affairs of the WNF are directed by an Executive Committee elected for a term of three years with representation from all WHO Regions – Africa, the Americas (North America and Latin America and the Caribbean), Eastern Mediterranean, Europe, South-East Asia and the Western Pacific. The Executive Committee meets quarterly by teleconference.
Daily operations are managed by Officers consisting of five members elected by the Executive Committee and the CEO. The Officers meet quarterly by teleconference.
